To ensure the SYSTEM account can find the folders it needs,make sure thatthe following registry valueis set to a valid location and that the SYSTEM account has Full Control permissions. I would also try going through the property values (set in property manager or via custom action) to make sure that nothing is set to 0. Double-click the old key and copy/paste it's Value into the new keys Value.
