It appears the Kindle documents are separate from the Amazon Cloud and I just discovered I could still access the documents on the Amazon website. I don't know if it has to do with my upgrade to 0.8.5 or a change from Amazon. For people with accounts on amazon.com starting the cloud trial reenables the feature. While you can receive Send-to-Kindle documents on Android or iOS, you can only send them from Android.
