File Cmdcons Ntkrnlmp.exe Could Not Be Loaded

The main problem is that this computer shuts off by itself without any warning after being in Windows XP for approximately 3 to 5 minutes. i tried to boot up from xp cd, but the cd drive is not working. I attempted to create the Recovery Disk from the PC Help & Tools/Compaq Recovery CD-DVD to reinstall Windows XP and the original programs. If not, try it, maybe there is some info there. http://jessriegel.com/error-code/file-ntkrnlmp-exe-could-not-loaded.html
