Yes, my password is: Forgot your password? Are you looking for the solution to your computer problem? So I tried to install it anyway but kept getting a different error every time I put in the disc. After playing around with it for a while i came to the conclusion that it was a bad HDD.

I have not yet clicked on the link for the recovery console disk image... So I found a HDD for it installed it into the laptop then finally got the recovery Discs sent from Dell.
