I was having exactly this problem. Please review this log entry to discover what caused this error to occur. We had tried to first use net.pipe because it is incredibly fast and it is all local. However, because of how they do security here, it didn't work. Next up, net.tcp. It is first of time that the application pool account was not in the WSS_WPG group.
