I renamed the C:\Users\username\AppData\Roaming\AppleComputer\SyncSerivces to SyncServices_old. Delete that folder (after shutting down all sync/itunes services running) and plug any iphone,ipad again. so please tell me what to do and How to get the iTune app back in my iPad? check over here You should now see the SyncServices folder.

Then plugeed phone back in. I had to unplug the phone again, end task on iTunes and start it back up. I don't want, however, to load the entire library of songs on to my new ipad. I have tried everything like Update Driver, Reinstall, and Disable Anti-virus software.
I renamed the folder and it works fine now.
