Java.lang.noclassdeffounderror Could Not Initialize Class Org.lwjgl.sys

I would guess that it's the 64 bit causing the problems. Next start up Eclipse and create a new project. Only a "native" folder that does not have any .dll files in it. Any suggestions? All rights reserved. My focus is fullscreen 3d games, so I tried to use JOGL, but I can't seem to find the libraries for it.
