We have no problems with sample applications on jboss-4.2, 4.3, 5.0, 5.1, so need more information. i also thought about it could relate to the blank in the system path definition.i now added the following code to the build.bat just behind my PATH definition: echo JAVA VERSION: judy.guglielmin Joined: 20/Feb/2007 00:00:00 Messages: 1375 Offline I would not place them in my application server. Since the JAVA_HOME has a space in its path, that folder will be completely ignored during this check and the rest of the PATH will be checked for "java.exe". I guess, you deleted only the build/output folder (where the JBoss AS is generated).

You can try and shutdown JBoss, and deploy the packaged EAR file, then start JBoss and see if it works. Please use version 9 or higher to avoid problems with your order(s).
