Re-sync'ed the phone. It only happens when I select "Convert higher bit rate songs to 128kbps AAC"I don't want to unselect it because I am trying to save space on my iPhone. And nothing in the playback of the file suggested the songs were actually copy protected. Does iTunes maintain a parallel, down-sampled, library on disk when I check this option? weblink
