Your mileage might vary… but for me, installing version 1.1 of the .NET Framework (which you can download from http://www.microsoft.com/en-us/download/details.aspx?id=26) and then version 1.0 worked. up vote 2 down vote The error description is misleading in this case. Loadlibrary Error 126 Dropbox then loaded some files and it now seems to be working normally. error, as shown in the screenshot below.
