Apparently, repairing permissions with Disk Utility, as usual, does not repair Users file permissions. I can create a new project or document with these apps (Xcode and Photoshop for example, just to name a few) and it saves the file on my documents directory, but ICloud :: Save The Page Documents? Your Changes Will Not Be Saved Until The Problem Is Resolved. It's not a huge problem but it's irritating that I can't save to subfolders.
